As librarians, the effectiveness of our programs depends on others valuing what we bring to the educational setting.  This is the very heart of leadership.  Often, without leadership training, though, we "Bob Ross" it by throwing color at the canvas to see what works.  But, what if you could learn to paint a tree like a master, instead of waiting for happy, little accidents?  What if you could learn to leadership intentionally and not accidentally?
